The staff are friendly and professional. The mechanics Callan and Marek are the best bicycle mechanics I've ever dealt with and they will always get the job 100% properly done. Willi at the service desk always puts a smile on my face! Great bycicle shop that stocks good quality products.

Best customer service i have ever received. I've been going there for years and decided it was about time to give some thing back.
